Yes everyone have to be verified to monetize any content, which means you must a picture of you showing your face,submit picture ID, Talent release form, and if you are a United States Citizen you need to also submit a completed W9 form, you can download both the talent realse form and W9 form from the site. failure to do so will result with your verification being declinced.
